IT support for
Tempe, AZ.

Managed IT, Microsoft 365 and encrypted backups for Tempe teams. Set up properly the first time, on flat monthly pricing, with no contract to escape from.

Built for smaller teams

Tempe skews young and small — startups, studios, practices and teams that grew fast without ever deciding how their IT should work. The usual result is a Microsoft 365 tenant nobody has audited, backups that were set up once, and an admin account still belonging to someone who left.

None of that is unusual and none of it is hard to fix. It is only expensive if you wait until something breaks to look at it.

What we usually find first

  • Former staff who still have access
  • No SPF, DKIM or DMARC — anyone can spoof your invoices
  • Backups running but never once restored
  • Shared logins for critical systems
  • No record of what you own or who administers it

What managed IT covers

Everything below is in the monthly rate. Projects outside it are quoted before anything begins.

Monitoring
Servers, workstations, network gear and backup jobs watched continuously. Disks, certificates and services heading for failure get dealt with before they take anyone offline.
Helpdesk
Unmetered support for your staff by phone, email or chat. Password resets to a printer nobody can reach — same rate either way.
Patching
Operating systems and business software kept current on a tested schedule, outside working hours, so updates are not a Monday morning surprise.
Backups
Encrypted off-site backups with version history and point-in-time restores. Restores are tested. An untested backup is a guess.
Security
Endpoint protection, email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC so nobody can invoice your clients in your name), access review and offboarding.
Vendor wrangling
We deal with your ISP, your line-of-business software vendor and your printer contract so your staff do not have to sit on hold.

All of it runs on the infrastructure we manage for customers. If it were fragile, it would be visibly broken.

Questions people ask first

Do you work with startups and small teams?

Yes, and Tempe has a lot of them. For a team under about five people a full managed agreement is usually overkill; a smaller setup-and-support arrangement fits better. We will tell you which one you actually need rather than quoting the larger one by default.

Can you set things up properly from scratch?

That is a lot of what we do in Tempe. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace done correctly the first time, with email authentication, backups and offboarding in place before you need them, is dramatically cheaper than untangling it in year three.

We are mostly remote. Is on-site support relevant?

Less so, and that is fine. Most work is remote regardless. On-site matters for hardware, office moves and network installs, and Tempe is fifteen minutes from us when it does.

Do you handle compliance requirements?

For common ones, yes. Access control, audit logging, encrypted backups, retention and offboarding are standard practice here rather than an upsell. For a formal HIPAA or SOC 2 audit you will want a specialist alongside us, and we will say so.

What does it cost?

Flat monthly, per user or per device, quoted after a short call. No onboarding fee and no multi-year contract.
