Managed IT, helpdesk and encrypted backups for Phoenix businesses of roughly five to fifty staff. Flat monthly pricing, unmetered support, and no ticket queue between you and the fix.
So the useful question is what makes one different. Ours is size. Desert Forge IT is deliberately small, which means the person who answers your call is the person who knows your network — not a dispatcher reading a script from a queue.
That is a genuine trade-off, and worth being straight about. We are not a 24/7 operation with a night shift. If you need someone awake at 3am every night, hire a larger firm. If you need things to actually work during business hours and to be fixed properly rather than closed quickly, that is what this is.
Everything below is in the monthly rate. Projects outside it are quoted before anything begins.
Most IT providers ask you to take competence on trust. Ours is published.

Step-by-step writing on backups, reverse proxies, VPNs and server hardening — the same procedures we run for clients. Read the guides →
All of it runs on the infrastructure we manage for customers. If it were fragile, it would be visibly broken.
Tell us roughly what you run and what is going wrong. Reply the same business day.
Yes. On-site work covers central Phoenix, north Phoenix, Arcadia, Biltmore and the corridor out to Scottsdale. Anything south of the airport or out toward Goodyear is usually handled remotely, which for most issues is faster anyway.
Often the better arrangement. Plenty of Phoenix businesses have someone capable in house who is stretched thin. We take the monitoring, patching, backups and after-hours load so they can work on the things only they can do.
Usually inside two weeks. Monitoring and backups go on first because those protect you immediately, and documentation follows. We do not need your old provider's cooperation, though it helps.
Roughly five to fifty staff. Below that a full managed agreement is usually more than you need and we will say so. Above that you will likely want a larger firm with a bench, and we will tell you that too.
Flat monthly, per user or per device, quoted after a short call. No onboarding fee and no multi-year contract.
